Details About Each Accepted Document

1. Driving License:
A valid Driving License issued by the Transport Department can be used if it clearly mentions the applicant’s Date of Birth.

2. Matriculation Certificate:
The Class 10 Passing Certificate issued by a recognised board is one of the most commonly accepted DOB proof documents.

3. Passport:
A valid Indian Passport containing the applicant’s full date of birth can be submitted as proof.

4. Birth Certificate:
Birth Certificates issued by Municipal Authorities or authorised government offices are accepted officially.

5. Pension Payment Order:
Retired government employees can use Pension Payment Orders if DOB details are mentioned properly.

6. Marriage Certificate:
