How to Apply for CSC Centre?
- Visit the Official CSC Registration Portal (https://register.csc.gov.in/)
- You will find “VLE registration”
- Now click on the Link For CSC Registration.
- Select the application type for enrollment from the drop-down menu. ( Remember For CSC VLE Registration TEC Certificate is required)
- Enter your active mobile number and Enter the captcha as displayed on the screen.
- Submit to go next step
- Enter your Aadhar Card VID Number
- Enter Required Details Properly
- Select authentication options (IRIS/ Finger Print/ OTP) based.
- Enter the captcha and process for the next step
- Enter your bank account details with the IFSC code and branch name
- Upload all the required documents like PAN Card, Aadhar card, Bank Passbook
- Select the Geo-tagged Image of the Center from where you wish to apply for CSC.
- Now Authenticate with IRIS/ Finger Print/ OTP any of the methods.
- Click on FINAL SUBMIT
- After Submitting the Application, you will receive an acknowledgment number on your registered mobile number and Email.
- Wait for CSC Center Approval by State.
- After getting your CSC ID and Password you should do CSC Login

How Apply for CSC TEC Certificate?
- Visit the official website of the telecentre entrepreneur course
- Now under the public user, you have to click on the register
- You have to enter all the required details in the registration form and submit it for the next step
- Now you have to upload your photo and submit it for the next step
- Now a payment page will open, you have to pay Rs 1479 for non-refundable registration Fees
- After Successful payment, you will get the user id and password
- You have to log in by using this user id and password
- After that, you have to go to the learning page and have to complete all the Modules
- After completing the Modules there will appear the exam section
- After Clearing all the exams you will get a TEC certificate within a month.
Required Infrastructure for Starting a CSC Center?
- A Room minimum of 100-150 Sq. Ft. (Non-Owner Agreement Required)
- Minimum 2 PC, Printer, Scanner, Webcam, CCTV
- The PC should have a Genuine OS and minimum of 512 MB RAM and a 120 GB Hard Drive or higher
- UPS or Portable Generator Set for Power Backup
- High-Speed Internet
- Biometric/IRIS Authentication Scanner for Aadhaar and Banking Services

How to Download CSC Certificate?
To download the CSC certificate, you need to follow these steps:
- Go to the CSC Official website
- Click on the “MY Account” button.
- Enter your CSC ID and solve the captcha and Submit.
- You will receive an OTP on your registered Gmail address.
- Enter the OTP and click on the “Validate” button.
- You will be redirected to the fingerprint authentication portal.
- Use a biometric device to capture your fingerprint and submit it.
- After successful biometric authentication, you will see your CSC account dashboard.
- Click on the “Certificate” tab.
- Your CSC certificate will open in a new tab.
- Download the PDF CSC certificate and save it on your computer.
