Solutions: What to do after getting AEPS Error Code?

If you are experiencing errors while using AEPS, here are some general steps you have to perform:

Check your device and internet connection and Transaction Log: Make sure that your device is working properly and that you have a stable internet connection. You should also check the Transaction Status from AEPS Transaction Log.

Maintain the AEPS Transaction Register: Always Maintain an AEPS Transaction Register for All of the Success and Fail Transactions with the Date and Time if you get any AEPS Error Code.

Check Customer account and transaction limits: If you are experiencing a “Transaction declined” error, it may be because the bank does not have sufficient funds to complete the transaction, or because the transaction exceeds your daily transaction limit. Check your account balance and transaction limits to see if this may be the cause of the error.

Check the status of the AEPS system: If you are experiencing a “Server error” or “System down” AEPS Error Code, it may be because the AEPS system is experiencing technical issues. In this case, you will need to wait until the issue has been resolved before you can complete your transaction. Generally, it takes 7 to 10 Working days to roll back to the Customer’s Bank Account.
